Page Brooks serves as the Mission Lead for Missio Mosaic. He is a pastor, theologian, author, and non-profit leader. Dr. Brooks is the teaching pastor at the historic Canal Street Church in New Orleans, LA, and also an army reserve chaplain. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Seminary (M.Div., Ph.D.), University of Stellenbosch (M.Th.) and is conducting post-doctoral research at the Frije University of Amsterdam in just war theory and ethics. He currently serves as a church-based professor of theology and culture at various seminaries and colleges. Dr. Brooks has planted 3 churches and has led Canal Street Church to plant several in the New Orleans area. He is married to Ashley, and they have three adopted, multi-racial children.
DR. GEORGE ROSS
Church Planting Lead
Dr. Ross serves as the church planting lead for Missio Mosaic, directing church planting coaching and training through his position as the Send City Missionary for the North American Mission Board. Originally from Mississippi, Dr. Ross planted a church and led a church planting network in north Mississippi. Dr. Ross serves as a church planting professor (ministry-based faculty) at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and one of the pastors at Lakeshore Church. He is married to Joy and they have 6 wonderful children.
Community Development Lead
Michael serves as the community development lead for Missio Mosaic. He directs, coordinates, and trains our clergy and ministries on community development ministry that is focused on Gospel-centered solutions. Michael, and his wife Julie, are originally from Alabama. Michael completed his M.Div. at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also pursuing a Th.M. at Xavier University of New Orleans. Following his interest in student work and community development, Michael has served in Philadelphia, Ft. Worth, and Miami. Michael and his wife, Julie, lead our family ministry to students, from nursery up to high schoolers. In 2012, Michael assumed the duties of executive director of Canal Street Church's community development ministry, the Restoration Initiative for Culture and Community (www.thericc.org).
DR. HENRY ROBERTS
Evangelism and Partnerships Lead
Dr. Roberts is a New Orleans native and serves as our partnership and evangelism lead. He is pastor of Word of Life Community Church (Mobile, AL), and the apostolic leader and archbishop of the Fellowship of Independent and Interdenominational Churches/Province of St. Peter. Dr. Roberts has a passion for evangelism and prayer and has planted several churches around the Gulf Coast region. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Friends International Christian University. He is married to Sherry Roberts and has three children.
Erica serves as the Executive Assistant for Missio Mosaic. She makes sure the inner workings of the organization run smoothly. Prior to joining Missio, Erica served at Canal Street Church for three years as the Church Office Manager. With a passion for working behind the scenes for churches and the community, she is a gifted communicator and administrator. Erica now works remotely from Tennessee where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
REV. LEE CORMIER
Youth Ministry Lead
Lee serves as the youth ministry lead of Missio Mosaic and coordinates our local youth ministry events. He serves as the discipleship and family pastor at Canal Street Church. Originally from New Orleans, he is currently a student at North Park Theological Seminary. He is married to Izabela and is father to a miniature Husky named Clive (as in CS Lewis).
Izabela is our Worship Lead at Missio Mosaic and at Canal Street Church. She is currently pursuing training as a Spiritual Director through North Park Theological Seminary. She has a Music Industry and Religious Studies degree from Loyola University. She and Lee are new parents to a wonderful baby girl. They also have a miniature husky named Clive (after CS Lewis).
